Great information!

I am about to have a hysterectomy in Jan 2013 (in a few weeks from now). I have no one I know to talk to about my concerns, so this little booklet was a god-send.
I really enjoyed the detail it went into for many things, lots of things I hadn't even thought of like; vaginal bleeding afterward, and that it can take longer to heal than I imagined so get the crossword puzzles and books to read out!
The great 'sisters' quotes gave valuable insight in what to expect at certain times made it feel more real to read, rather than a blah blah technical impersonal pamphlet from the doctor's.
I appreciate the ideas to do prior to surgery and I have already started freezing quick meals for my two kitchen challenged males in the house!
Certainly worth the read. Here in Australia we don't have support forums let alone 'stores' So I really really really appreciate the time and effort put in to make such a helpful booklet allow me to not worry so much now!
