Natural Woman Progesterone Cream

Natural Woman Progesterone Cream contains 2 oz. (500 mg progesterone per ounce) and is one of a very few that has been Kosher-Certified by Rabbinical Supervision. Formulated from all natural ingredients. Does NOT contain alcohol, methylparaben, propylparaben, Dong Quai, or Cramp Bark! Listed in Dr. John R. Ingredients:
Purified Water, Caprylic/Capric triglycerides, Stearalkonium Chloride, Natural Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Natural Progesterone (derived from the Mexican wild yam root), Tocopherol, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol Caprylyl Glycol, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemon Grass) Oil (Note: Recently the FDA required removal of the usage of the term "USP" in the labeling of over-the-counter progesterone creams. This is the same fabulous formulation as always, only the term "progesterone USP" cannot be used on the labeling).

Dr. Lee recommends the creams that contain 450-500 mg of progesterone per ounce, which is 1.6% by weight or 3% by volume. This means that about ¼ teaspoon daily would provide about 20 mg/day.
