I hate walking. It’s so boring, but I have to do it. How can I make my walking more fun and stay motivated to do it?

Try the Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds videos. Many HysterSisters have them and are happy with the workout. If you are not familiar with Leslie Sansone’s videos, Walk Away the Pounds is a three-part set consisting of a 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile walk that can be done right in front of your television. She adds side-steps, knee lifts, and kicks to the walk as well. The set comes with two ball weights that are two pounds each, which are used at various times during the workout.

The very best part of this, besides the fact that you do it in your own home whenever it’s convenient for you, is that the time goes by so quickly. The one mile workout is 18 minutes; the two mile video is 30 minutes; and the three mile video is 47 minutes. The set also includes 14 meal planning cards and recipes.

Leslie even adds the arms into it as well, with or without the weights. It’s walking in ways that most would not walk outside, so you get the benefit of the walk, plus the added use of other muscles

Interested in trying Leslie Sansone's videos? They're available at Amazon.com and many other places, often at great prices. In addition to the three-part set mentioned above, Leslie offers a variety of other walk-at-home workout videos to suit many fitness levels and time constraints. Find what works for you and get moving!
