I went in at 6 am on march 31st. WEnt back to surgery at 7:30 dont remember nothing from the time they took me back till I woke up in my room later that day.. I was on the pump with morphin.. Didnt really seem to do a whole lot for me.. I was in formed in stead of doing a vertical incision they ended up having to do it hortizontal.. The incision its self does not hurt that bad but every other part of my stomach hurts to the point of not being able to stand it.. I wasnt allowed out of bed the first day.. the second day they took off my Iv, pump, cathereder, leg pumps and let me get out of bed.. the first time i stood up my whole world was spinning.. I took a sponbge bath and was back in bed.. I did alot of walking that afternoon.. by that evening I was throwing up and unable to sleep.. they told me they would have to start my IV back to give me something for nasua. which i refused to let them do.. My arm was done sore and swollen.. so they give me a shot instead.. the next morning the dr told me as long as I held down breakfast i could go home.. so home I went.. When I got home my incision was bleeding some.. DH called dthe dr.. He told him to watch it close.. Last nite as it got close to bed time I started throwing up again.. not good.. throwing up and staples do not go to gether at all.. More pain then I can handle.. I hope this fixes all my problems i was having to make all this pain worth my while...
