I wish to thank all the hyster sisters for their support. I have been home for 12 days and starting to feel better. I was the first surgery so I had to be at the hospital at 5:45 no problem. I was okay not to nervous but not talking much. I went into surgery at 7:30. Sometime around 9:30 I was out and went to recovery room. I was very sleepy and can't remember much even when they brought me to my room. I did get very dizzy as i was waking up. I threw up once. That lasted about a day. The next day much better. I had the morphine pump and other pain meds. I felt stronger and better each day. The doctor said everything went just as expected. (no surprises). I was a little emotional on and off for a while as i was trying to get my strength back. When I got home I had to practice walking while standing up straight. That was hard but worth it. I really can't tell yet if I will feel different. Everyone is saying the color to my face is back and I look healthier. Once strange thing I did notice is my fingernails are growing fast and they look good. I cant figure that one out. So I made it and I am so glad its over. I thank all of you for your wonderful support.
