I had my TAH-BSO on Tuesday 5-2-00 at 9:30am., when I got to the hospital I was given an emema and douche(Not fun) I was then given my IV and off to surgery. I remember talking with my Dr. and then waking up in the recovery room. I ask for pain medication which I was given a shot of demoral right away. The first night I was out of it. The next morning the nurse woke me up and ask for me to take a walk. I have to admit that it wasn't that bad. Don't get me wrong, some pain but really not what I had thought. I also a shower that day and put on make-up, yes, I really felt that good. I walked several times a day by myself and I even asked for different pain pills because I felt the demoral was to strong. I've been home from the hospital since yesterday and I've started take Ibuprofen and feel great. I know not everyone does quite this well, but I thank God everyday for helping me through this. I look forward to helping other ladies who are going through the same kind of agony that I went through. I know that I will never regret my decision. NO MORE PERIODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yeah!

God Bless,
Princess Teresa
