I am 5 1/2 week from having my surgery and this experience has been a very scary yet confusing time of my life. It took prayer from my family and friends to help me first make this decsion help me through out the entire surgery. I found that the doctor knew a lot about doing the surgery, but they did not know how to explain the true way of how you will feel after the surgery. I had a few problems with the doctor I was referred to by my doctor. I felt things that he did not tell me, I was sent home before having a bowl movement.(which caused lots of problem once I got home)
I can say that you have to depend on your Creator to help you through this and every situation in your life. I prayed for release in having a normal bowel movement without using more over the counter laxative. I was told by this doctor that I did not need any more time out after 5 weeks, even when I asked for one more week due my pain. I found from being a part of the Hyster Sisters, that there are different type of healing. Some heal fast and others take a little longer, you know your own body and this is your time to make sure things are better for you and not for anyone else. I have been speaking healing everyday, because I found that what we speak is how things will be. If I speak pain, then I will have pain, but if I speak health then I will have health. Thanks to all the sisters that helped me in my lonely time. Please support this website, so others can have someone there to talk with, get advice, and receive prayer during their lonely and confuse moment. To the sisters like myself who are childless, remember God has your special creation waiting for you, just trust him and you will see. We are "WHOLE WOMEN" don't invite negative thoughts to enter your mind.
