TVH - Horrible castle stay

....... I decieded to have this surgery done due to adeno,heavy bleeding and pain like labor pain every month! My castle stay was horrible! It started out pretty much the same as everyone else prep for surgery. Afterwards was something else! I was in sooooo much pain I was crying! I was too druged from whatever was in that IV pump that you are supose to push every 8 mins that I couldn't hit the button on time so I was resetting it so I got very little pain med..... i did manage to call my hubby to come back to hospital because I needed him after I had sent him home to get the kids from school! (why I did this I have NO idea!) He came back relized what was going on tryed to talk to the nurse she told him I was the only one who could push the button for the pain meds.....?????? thank god he didn't listen! He finally got me back on schedule with the pain meds and I managed to fall asleep! My day nurse on the other hand was terrible.....she really didnt care if I was in pain or not, this was just a job to her! She didnt listen to my hubby, or me untill ofcourse I push that magic button that calls the nurse station and I screamed.............. I'm in pain get me something! 
I think the whole floor heard me! I was not alone because my hubby made freinds with the couple across the hall and he was having the same problems! I think they were being stingy with the pain meds! I was in sooooooo much pain I was delirious I decieded to get up and go out there.....he he he
he he! I managed to make it to the nurse station and I was informed that I couldn't be out here crying and carring on that I had to go back to my room! Well........!!!!!..... how dare you! @#$!!!! I did finally get some differant kind of pain meds that actually worked after that I was back to my old self! Needless to say the hospital did hear from me about that nurse! My Doctor......well lets just say he's not awhole lot better! He just couldn't understand why I was in soooo much pain because when he was in the hospital because he broke his leg in a motorcycle accident he didnt have that much pain........well let me tell you my hubby went off on him and explained that we are not tlking about him, this is his wife were talking about and obviously she needed something else for pain! DUHHHHHHHHH!:hair: ......Well I can go on and on....just know it was terrible......but thank god for my hubby and that I'm home now......... thanks for listening.....................
