Hystersister website users who have recently had a hysterectomy and have had their ovaries removed(within 1 month post-op) are invited to participate in a survey study by University of Iowa researchers. This web-based survey inquires about the experiences you've had following your hysterectomy. The survey may take 20-30 minutes to complete. You will also be invited to complete a follow-up web-based survey in 12 weeks. The Hystersisters website has generously agreed to award each woman who participates a Hystersisters gift badge for the time and effort to complete the initial survey. In addition, women who complete both the initial survey and the follow-up survey will receive a certificate of participation and will be entered into a raffle for a chance to receive $50.00.
