 Hi Everyone,
I am new to this site. I had a TAH, kept ovaries.I am 5 weeks post op and feeling great.I had a fibroid tumor that caused my uterus to blow up to the size of a volleyball. I am so glad I found this site.I found it while searching for information on what to expect before,during and after my surgery,after reading some of the posts from all you women that had it done already, I wasnt as nervous about having it done.Thanks for this wonderful site.My surgery went real well,my Dr was wonderful.I hardly had any pain when I woke up 2 hours later.when I got home,that was a different story,lots of pain.I didn't have much help.Thank goodness my son is able to care somewhat for himself, he helped me even though he's a quadriplegic and is practicing walking with a walker.So again thanks for this wonderful site.
