Abdominal hysterectomy: SAH at 6 wks and moving strong

 Hi everyone, first forum. I had my SAH 6 wks ago and moved along well. I have a desk job and went back to work at 3 wks! Was bored to death at home. Started out supposedly to have a lyposcopic (sp?) but because of scar tissue had to do a abdominal cut. At 1st week had a blood clot that the dr. took care of in the office (she's really great). Then at the 3 wk mark had a herniated tissue that stuck out like a tongue at me! I had to use a cream on it so it wouldn't get infected, and then after 2 wks the dr cut it off. Now just fine. After a day of work though get reallly tired and fall asleep in the den. Husband has to wake me up to go to bed! Little twinges on the one side here and there but otherwise good. No more heavy periods, spotting or cramps and my fibroids had caused my bladder to leak because they were so big!!! it was all worth it
