 If you are a woman between the ages of 21 and 50 who has had a hysterectomy, you can contribute to our research by answering a series of online questions that cover a variety of topics including demographic information, your hysterectomy procedure, and your sexuality. The study will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

If you decide to continue, you will be presented with a study information sheet that will provide you with a more detailed explanation of the study as well as a consent form.
