 Well I had my LAVH on 11-19-08. Woke up with no pain, surprised at that, and no bleeding at all. Doctor released me the next day because I was doing so well...walking the halls and went downstairs to find the DIET COKE MACHINE!

Honestly I have been so blessed thru this whole experience. No pain, no bleeding and feel just fine. In fact, I'm back at work today just a week and a half post-op.

My prayers are with you all who have upcoming surgeries...and if you are deciding between TAH and TVH or LAVH, go for the TVH or LAVH! So much better experience than abdominal surgery. (I've had 2 C-sections) Doctor took my ovaries as well, so I started hormones in the hospital and have not had a single hot Flash!
