I just got home an hour ago from the hospital. I'm in recovery and it aint that bad. Waiting was the hardest for me. I was so scared post-op thinking I wasn't going to wake up after being put to sleep for the surgery. Everything went well on the day of the surgery. I was given some medicine to calm my nerves down and after being wheeled to the surgery room, the next thing I knew was that I was in recovery with the nurses trying to wake me up. They told me I was sleeping to much and should wake up. The nurses were excellent. I was glad to know that I was alive. The whole process wasn't bad at all. The fear we go though before the surgery, is actually the worst of all. If you are scheduled for this surgery, dont be scared, it will be over before you know it.
I'm glad I was able to share a bit of my experience. Thanks
