 I know I was so scared when I first came here and hearing other stories gave me some comfort so i thought I would pay it forward!!

I had a LAVH 2 weeks ago and kept my ovaries. The first 24 hours home were hard emotionally. i was so depressed and couldn't understand why. I was so lucky that passed within a day.

Physicially i have used NO pain meds not even tylenol since waking up after surgery. It has been an easy recovery so far. I know I am not out of the woods and still trying to take it easy but I wanted the newer girls to know it isn't always so scary and there is hope for a speedy and healthy recovery!!!

I am so glad I made this choice and I wish nothing but the best for the ladies who come after me who have had to make this equally difficult choice.
