I had my TAH with the removal of my ovaries on January 13th. My problems began 3 years ago with abnormal bleeding and lower back pain. My gyn. tried bc pills and then ablation. After 3 years with no improvement, I went to another doctor. He did and ultrasound and found cysts on my ovaries. Then he did the CA125 blood test, which was elevated. He suspected endometriosis and scheduled me for a robotic hysterectomy. I ended up having a TAH with the removal of my ovaries because I had too much endometriosis.
I am feeling much better. Feeling a little better everyday!!
