 I decided to have the LAVH after I did Lupron injections AND had the endometrial ablation. My pain was horrible every month. I was missing a day and 1/2 of work a month.

I went for my first post-op yesterday and received the pathology report. Adenomyosis, the pain was from the uterine muscle,not the lining, that was why nothing else worked. I made the right decision. I am 38. Beside the constipation, the recovery has been good. I have never been able to sit still, so I am trying my best.

I love this site. Being able to read what other women have gone through pre-op and post-op. Many questions come up after you leave the doctor, and this site is a dictionary! Thank you!!
