How do I know without a cat scan or something if I only have a bladder infection and that's what causes my bleeding? I've already been on two antibiotics for two weeks and I feel worse now heavier bleeding like gushes and when my bladders full my stomach hurts. I'm unsure if its even full because I go frequently and the blood from my vagina flows right behind it.

You need to have a doctor do a vaginal exam and look in your bladder as well.
