What's Best for a Morbid Obese 60 year old?

From the Ask a Doctor - Hysterectomy Related Questions Articles List

My doctor said I need surgery because of pre cancerous cells but haven't been able to find a doctor because of my height and weight. Because of the risk of bleeding. What would you suggest?

Reply by Amie Napier, MD

A robotic hysterectomy or consultation with a Gynecological Oncologist for other treatment options.

The responses in the "Ask a Doctor" articles are provided by M.D./Surgeons with credentials in their linked profiles. The HysterSisters.com staff thanks the doctors for their participation and reminds all readers to discuss their medical concerns with their personal physicians for specific information about their health choices, as this is in no way intended to take the place of members consulting with their own physicians.
