My question is i have been noticing a year after my hysterectomy that my stomach or belly is quite large again i experienced this prior to my surgery due to the fact that i had a fibroid the size of a 4 to 6 month pregnancy. Before the surgery i could feel the fibroid increasingly getting bigger i do not feel anything in there. i have gained some weight about 10 pounds but not sure my belly would look like this from that it almost looks as if i am about 5 months pregnant or more because it is rounded ..should i be concerned in case there is more fibroids or something else growing in there?

If you had a hysterectomy it's unlikely to be fibroids, although in very rare cases fibroids can grow in ligaments outside of the uterus. If you still have ovaries then it could be a large ovarian cyst? If you really believe that there is something in the pelvis you should probably go see your MD.
