I'm having alot of pain where my scar is along my abdomen is this still normal after 3 years of having a full hysterectomy. I dont get it every day. Maybe 4 out of 7 days.

You "could" have some pain after many years after a hysterectomy or any surgery for that matter. Microscopic nerves that are cut during surgery will go back together but it's never going to be exactly the same. Having said that, most people will have decreased sensitivity around the scar, but it's not very common to have PAIN.
