twirling downward into a pit, a pit of dark despair.
deeper and deeper the darkness calls, it calls but no one is there.
I try to climb, i try to hide, but with each try i only fall, fall in my weakness, in this pit, this pit of dark despair.
at the top i can see the light, the light i know is you.
i'm reaching, i'm calling, can you hear me? can you see me? my hand is raised.
I see your hand,
i see your scar
i know you can see mine,
pull me up before i fall, to far to see the light, the light of love and hope.
My mind is tired, my body weak, how long can i hold on?
i'm twirling, falling, dying in this pit of lost despair,
come quickly my savior, savior who knows my pain, hold me, mold me, show me, my hands are raised.
