It's been a little while since I've been here at the club. I hope that everyone is doing well!
I got a little off track. Haven't gained any weight... haven't lost any either. I am at 183#. - I'm going to watch my weight...but I'm going to focus more on inches lost. I measured a few days back.
ha ha ha! - I also want to focus on strength and stamina. Geeeez.....I am so weak! I can hardly do one regular push-up! I use to be strong!
I have tremendously cut back on soda. (my biggest downfall) - Instead of a 2 liter (or more) a day, I'll have one 20 ounce. Or sometimes I don't even have one at all. That is good for me.... 'cause I'm a "coke" addict!
I have been drinking more water. I got a Brita water pitcher and I filter the water and drink from that all day long.
I started lifting weights. *ouch!!!! Oh the sore muscles!
Oh yeah.... I started a journal. A notebook with thoughts, goals, info, tidbits, and even photos. A pic of me when I was slimmer. A photo of a swimsuit that I would absolutely love to be able to wear by June. I need to put a "before" photo of me in that journal. LOL - I have also thought about posting a "before" photo of me here on the site. That would really give me the motivation! LOL
