Great Recipe for Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

Hi, a friend of mine owns a Restaurant and he gave me this delicious recipe for Baked Stuffed Mushrooms, and being as it is the holiday season, I wanted to share it with everyone in case they are looking for something different to make.

1. Four sleeves of Ritz Crackers
2. 1 1/2 cloves of ElephantGarlic (it is the large garlic)
3. 8 oz of Parmesean Cheese
4. 1 1/2 sticks of butter
5. Medium Size Mushrooms.

Put crackers in food processor until they are very fine. I then put the cloves of garlic and all the mushroom stems in the food processor and chop them very fine as well.Put mushroom stems and garlic in a pan with 1 1/2 sticks of butter cook until butter is melted (about 10 minutes). Put crackers in large bowl, and mix in Parmesean cheese, garlic and mushroom mixture. You might want to add a little water if it is too dry.

Then stuff all the mushrooms (it stuffs between 70-80 medium mushrooms. Put in oven and bake 350 degrees for about 1/2 hours. Delicous. I make them for all the holidays and they are a big hit.
