Green Bean & Mushroom Cassarole

Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 10 oz can green beans
1 10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 small green pepper
1 medium stalk celery -- chopped
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups uncooked egg noodles

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in beans (with liquid) and remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and freeze.

To prepare for serving, thaw and cook in 350-degree oven until noodles are tender, about 35 minutes.

NOTE: This is the way the recipe reads, but we like it better if we freeze it without the noodles. When ready to use, thaw, add noodles and 1/2 cup extra water and cook as above.
