abdomyosis/enlarged uterus

Any information available with regards to abdomyosis and or an enlarged uterus that is not due to fibroids??

I had extensive adenomyosis when I first had a myomectomy in 04 at the time I had numerous fibroids removed at the time they cut away alot of it but informed me that it would come back. In may I was told that I had a Ovarian Cyst that was 7cm that needed to be removed, then I notice my belly began to get very large very quick and after another ultrasound they informed me that the adenomyosis was back and my utereus was very large he size of a 16 week pregnancy. After the surgery the doctor told me that it was so much adenomyosis and scar tissue and everything was so twisted around that they needed to call another surgeon in due to my rectum, bladder, intestines was twisted and stuck to my uterus, so I have been in such much pain and discomfort, I always have to remind myself that it was on 19 days since I had the surgery June 15, 2007.
