Stinging Feeling in My Incision When Doing Cardio

I'm two months out from my TAH/BSO and two weeks ago started back on my cardio. Here is my schedule:
Monday- Abs & Step-
Tuesday- Yoga-
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- Kickboxing-
Friday- Latin Dancing (Zumba)
Saturday- step & weights
Sunday- rest

The ONLY problem is I've started to get a "bee sting" feeling in my incision. Is this just from it pulling or my abs rebuildling? Has anyone else had this problem? For those naysayers who think I'm overdoing it, rest assured I know my limits and have notified all of my trainers of my surgery.

Stinging Feeling in My Incision When Doing Cardio

Hello there....I am having this very same issue! I have resumed exercise and I get the "cactus" in the adbdomen feeling when walking at a moderate pace and also when using the elliptical machine. It has been 3 months since my surgery and I do wonder will it will end. Another issue is the complete numbness at the bottom of my belly. Will the feeling ever return?

I have the same numbness! My doctor said it might get better after a year but that I may never gain full sensation. As long as the numbness went towards my belly button instead of my vajayjay I considered myself lucky!!

hi...i'm over a year out from surgery and i still at times have these somewhat painful sensations and some itchiness at times in my incision. my dermatologist said it takes a long time to heal and didn't recommend anything other than moisturizing. my family dr. said she had the same problem after a c-section incision and a cortisone injection solved that for her. i don't have any numbness anywhere.

glad you're doing so well...i don't know what causes that "bee sting" feeling...could it be the incision healing? i take salsa/fit, yoga and yogadance classes...love the music and moving to it. take care and continued good health. let us know if you find a solution for your incision.
