Has anyone had a lack of emotions after a complete hyst?

I am bipolar but I too feel emotionally detached! like I am just emotionless. I know I have a heart because I can feel it beating. Pre hyster I was a very emotional person who wore her heart on her sleeve. Which was not always a good thing. So maybe this will be a good thing for me. After I learn how to deal with it!!!!

It is a rather scary thing to get used to especially when you are not used to being like that normally. I am going to try to make the best out of it tho as long as it sticks around.

You are very welcome for me starting this thread. I am glad to hear I am not the only one feeling like this. Yes some days I could describe myself as cold also. I am not on HRT-I am treating the menopause with herbs. Some days it is like I have no feelings about anything good or bad. It is frustrating. It's not the normal depression that I go through, even then I didn't feel like this, Keri
