STill hot flashing

Hi, its been3 yrs Dec 6th 2009 since my total hysterectomy and still having hot flashes on top of weight gain. Since it was due to cancer of uterus I was told I should not take hormones. I am so tired of feeling lousy I am about to give in and go with the bio-identical hormone creams, can anyone tell me if they work and why are there so many ways to use them (2 drops every day or every other day, etc.?????) Is there someone who had cancer of uterus out there who has tried these hormones and do they work and are they dangerous? and is there a safe place to buy them closer to home then having to buy over the internet? thanks, have a wonderful day!
