Are you sure you don't have a gall stone? Right side?
Good luck wiith the return to work Dinkydor.
I may not punch the clock but I get up and am in the shop by 9 until 1 everyday and then cook , clean up , rest watching my favorite soap for an hour and then the afternoon is doing household chores. M routine is like always and I feel up to it.
I saw my OBGYN in the suppermarket today, she was the original one to send me to a surgeon and I told her I would never have done this if I would have known. In other wards she should have better warned me. She said she heard I had a ruff time. Everyone is different- how was I to know she remarked. I was so indifferent to her-she will not be seeing me again as a Dr.
Hubby and I are continuing our reconnection. He is fine- he comments how much tighter I am. The "o's" are good but not earth shattering. Getting better each time. I have no dryness. Plenty of appitite and in no pain. Just a bit sore the day after. Still on the mend.
My cyst is shrinking and painful if I touch it so I just leave it. It will dry up sooner or later.
My scar is softening. It is brown and I hate the holes where the staples escort the scare all the way down. The skin arround the scar is dark brown from the ripping of the large bandaid for so many weeks.
I put a cream on and it seems to help. Other then that I am ok and I pray all of you also are on the road to recovery too!

Got to run. Luchtime!
Huggs to all.

Tina

Tina,
I had my gallbladder out ten years ago. Probably not that. Dr.in hospital thinks it is gastritis. Only way to diagnose is by endoscopy. Waiting for call back from my gi doctor. I am in agony right now, pain patch not working, can't lay down due to pain. Hard time to sleep last night because of pain. Up every two hours or so. I can sit a little more comfortably than lay down. Pain appears to be spreading to other parts of my abdomen today. I am really freaked right now. Two times in a month with this. I keep telling myself I will get better.
Tina, I totally understand not wanting to see that doctor again.
I hope everyone else is having a great day. It gives me hope and helps me to keep it somewhat together although right now I am not doing so well at keeping it together. Scared to death of what is going on.

Zenyatta I pray that you get this sorted out soon. Go back to emerg and get a pain medication that works. This is really wearing you out. You need to stop the pain.

I am on a death bed watch 500 miles from home right now. My dearest Mom-in-law is dying. She has had Alzheimers disease for 18 years and was a wonderful source of love and inspiration when she was normal. She has left us with many happy memories when she was healthy but this disease has been hell to watch someone you love go through.
Hugs to all.

ALQ- I am so very sorry! Wish I could be close by to help you thru this very difficult time.
I am here in spirit.
Zetta what's up? Hope you ok?

All is well. So back into my routine my body gives me a good boot to remind me I had surgery when I over do it.
Friday we go for hubby to have a full heart assesment. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Kisses and huggs to all!

Girls - so good to read your stories since the last time I wrote -

tina - What a blessing your coming around - I'm sorry to hear about the flood!

ALQ - I wish you the best with your family!!

Zetta - dear - I hope it all goes away soon!!

I ended up seeing a different urologist this past week and I have a condition called Interstitial Cystitis which is the wearing away of the bladder walls. This allows the acid in urine to penetrate the bladder walls. This is was caused do much burning before and after surgery. This is mainly caused by eating certain foods and the pain can be helped by calcium which neutralizes the acid and the over the counter drug - AZO. Its taken 5 days and eating one thing at a time to see what hurts my bladder and I'm WAY better than I was 5 months ago!

It was hurting to have sex because of how close the bladder is to the vaginal walls so I'm anxious to resume our sex life.

I wanted you all to be aware of this condition and if you feel like you have a bladder infection with no infection (i've been tested 7 x in the last 4 months) this might be the root cause.

I'm praying for major healing for each of you. I saw a huge change in myself over the weekend - end of week 9 for us - AND - I'm sleeping around 5 to 6 hours which is a huge improvement for me.

hugs and kisses girls - Sherrie

I guess the simple fact that we are almost back to normal accounts for our weaning from this site and eachother. I just poped in today to see if maybe someone else updated their status.
I know that I push myself to the brink everyday and the past 3 nights have gone to bed sore. Always better by morning. My incission is bothering me, something I haven't had in awhile. Another way for my body to tell me enough.
My cyst has shrunk down to the size of a pea- hope it goes altogether.
Tomorrow off to Thessaloniki for my hubby's cardiac tests. Stress- what else.

Blueflame- you ought to add your condition to a thread where woman are talking about hurting when peeing that has been ongoing for awhile. Good luck with that.
So whaT Hppened Zenyetta? Are you ok?
Bye girls , for now! Keep in touch now and then!!!! We're all here!
Kisses to all -hope your healing well.
