Recovery Progress Reports for Hysterectomy dates Sep 14-Sep 20,2009

I am tired too, and also have that "wall" I hit in the afternoon. Yet I am staying up late, knowing I am not going to sleep. I am sleeping better though, going to bed late, getting up early, I just start the day tired! But I too feel "healed inside", twinges once in a while, but really good, and don't miss that monthly pain - ovulation or the big "P", so glad that is over for ever!

The "wall" is exactly how I refer to the sudden fatigue! I'll be going along just fine and then bam! Out of the clear blue I run into that dang wall! But it's getting better and better!

The other day I woke up with a lower back ache (probably slept crooked!) and I thought to myself "dang, must be fixin' to start". And then I woke up the rest of the way and snapped! No more periods! I broke into a happy dance!!! Woo hoo!

I seem to get some "phantom" pains, like cramps almost - not as bad as they used to be, but similar feel and place... My Dr. said it is the nerves healing, like someone that looses a foot, and it "feels" like it is still there...

Ahh. That makes sense and explains some of the weird feelings I have sometimes. Thanks for sharing that!
