Calling all Sisters! September 6 Weigh-in - Favourite health tip

I posted on your first thread. I have'nt lost anything this week since I can't exercise. I've been having this pain in my left side and just got diagnosed with Diventiculitis. The pain can be horrible at times and on top of that I caught a darn summer cold. I'm on my second round of antibiotics. I can't wait to feel better so I can start walking on my treadmill. I might attempt to do a short walk tomorrow.

This is so upsetting since I had been feeling so much better than I did in years. I just ordered a cookbook for people who what high fiber diets but also want to lose weight. Can't wait for it to get here.

138 lbs - I reorganized my closet and saw so many clothes that I love but haven't been able to wear for years. Can't wait til I can once again.

Favorite health tip: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a worker, dinner like a pauper.

I actually lost 1/2 lb even without exercise.

183

Feeling much better now that antibiotics kicked in. Mowed lawn yesterday and took dog for walk today.
