LAVH "severe abd pain,vaginal,back post-op 17days LAVH with bladder nick

I had my surgery on 12/22/10 as listed above. 1 wk post-op i was able to have my catheter removed at 2 wks post-op check up thigs went well until 3 days later I started experiencing severe abd pain more on left side but also some on right side with left side back pain and feeling of pressure in bowel area and vaginal canal feeling sharp pains at times. Is this normal?

I would give the doctor a call if you are having pain. He may want to check and see what may be causing it. Hopefully, you will get some answers and relief soon.

I would call your doctor if you are having severe pain. He may need to check you out to make sure you are healing well. Sending lots of hope you feel better

Sorry just read your post. Call your doc ASAP and tell him what you just described to us. Pain like this is NOT normal. Call your doc immediately and if they aren't available, go to er. You may have an infection or something. Sending hugs. Please update when you can-we are worried about you.
