You poor girl! When was your hysterectomy? Mine was Dec 20th, and 5 days ago my stomach began hurting so bad I can't take it! Are you nausious to? I can barely keep anything down,a trip to the er the ended in I have a flu virus - NOT! I'll be calling my surgeon now. Just wondered if you felt puky to

yes i have been--- sick to my stomach- vomiting and can barely keep water down- three weeks now-i am takeing zofran and phenergen to combat the nausea- my surgery was november 4th--

All I can say is I've been there and done that and it stinks!!! I know how frustrating it can be to have to get referrals but demand them. Tell the gp that you can't live like this. I would not be surprised if you are dehydrated also if you are having problems keeping anything down. You may want to get something to help replace the fluid and minerals that you may be losing. I would be extremely specific with your doc and tell him exactly what is going on. If he doesn't know what is wrong, demand a referral to someone who can help you. I have been hospitalized three times in the last four years because I got so sick I couldn't eat or drink and ended up dehydrated in the hospital. I hope you feel better. Wish I could come over and knock a little sense into them.

UPDATE***
i was sent to a surgen today- he scheduled me for laperscopic exporatory surgery on friday the 11th to see why i am haveing so much pain- he said theyll take out my apendex while they are in there- i was thinking tha apendex problems make sense as well as scar tissue-- we'll see what happens on friday- i hope this is the end and i get my life back

I am sorry that you have to have another surgery but if they can figure this out, you should feel better. Sending tons of best wishes and I will cross my fingers for you so that they can get an idea of what is happening. Good luck on Friday.
