72 Hours smoke free!

I know it is a little accomplishment, but isn't that what life is about - celebrating the little things?

A little less than 2 weeks until surgery and I SWEAR this is going to stick!!!!

25 year smoker - approx 1 pack a day, so it can be done!

I'm gonna post here every time I feel like lighting up so you'll see me 24/7

I quit smoking years ago, and found that counting the days helped: "four days without a cigarette, if I have one now I'm back to zero", "five days without a cigarette, if I have one now I'm back to zero" and so on... I remember counting the days into 100+.
