27 and new to the site Endo&Adeno

Hi everyone,
I was recently referred to this site from a friend who found it helpful in her journey.
I am 27 and have both adeno/endometriosos. 4 years ago I had a surgery to have a grapefruit sized cyst removed from my right ovary which left me with a lot of scar tissue and this past December I had to have my left ovary removed. I’m unsure about my next step. Currently I am starting physical therapy mostly for my psoas muscle hoping that will help with some of the daily pain and discomfort (I’m sure you are all well aware of the daily pain, burning and heaviness). After that I guess my options are to see if alternative medicines will work or Lupron for early menopause. I would love to hear opinions of medical menopause. I have no children and it’s unclear to me if the Lupron may allow me to have more of a chance of children in the future? Being on the younger end of normal for these issues I’m really not sure what I should do!
