Surgery Type: LAVH
Ovaries: Kept 1 or both
My first 5k!!!!

I am still in shock! I signed up for my 1st ever 5k. I am just a wee bit horrified!!!! I've been in the gym working out trying to be prepared for this. I really could use any and all advice from some of you who are experienced.
