Talking - Dr. John Lee's Hormone Balance Made Simple Re: Dr. John Lee's Hormone Balance Made Simple

Dr. Lee is amazing. He explains it all. I only wish I had read his books sooner, and could have spotted my own severe "estrogen dominance" symptoms in my 30's and 40's. This book and his "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Monopause" are essentials on my hyst recovery reading list!
