Tater Tot Cassarole

Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion -- chopped
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 16 oz package green beans, frozen (French style)
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 16 oz package tater tots

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients except tater tots. Cook thoroughly.

Put beef mixture in baking dish. Layer with tater tots.

Cover with foil and freeze.

To prepare for serving, thaw casserole. Bake uncovered in preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until heated through and tater tots are browned and crispy.

NOTE: We add green beans to make the meal a bit more complete for days we don't want to fix anything else.
