Hi sisters. I'm from central southern jersey. Had a supracervical hysterectomy on April 27 2012. Hanging in there. Rough toad to recovery. I hope you are all feeling better day by day. <3

Re: Anyone from NJ?

Hi ladies in in maplewood had my davinci surgery 4/7/12. At my post op as we speak, doing ok but some days are good some are bad, trying to deal wit the night sweats still and vaginal dryness but compared to day one it's getting better with time. Anyone take more than 2/3 months off from work or know of anyone that has?

Re: Anyone from NJ?

Jeterlegal, keep hanging in there and take it one day at a time.

Bosslady, I pray that your post op went well. If you feel you need more time off from work check with your doctor and see what can be done. You can try and ask that question in the post op support forum where more sisters would view the question.

I send support and Hugs to you both.

Anyone from NJ?

I am keeping you all on my thoughts and prayers. Tomorrow is six weeks for me. I actually trotted down the stairs this morning and freaked out when I got to the bottom thinking must have hurt something. I was fine. O finally feel close to normal. I go back to work in two weeks. I'm nervous since I work for the senior partner of a large firm but I am going to see doc for 6 week check up Monday and am going to ask of I can start walking and working out and get myself physically back to
normal. God bless you all.

Walking is good. Your body will tell you when you've pushed too far. Yes wait until your doctor releases you for exercise to do so. Glad you are feeling good and good luck Mon at your post op.
Where in south jersey are you? I'm in sicklerville
