Activelle vs estradot

Hi,
I thought that only creams were bioidentical,is estradot bioidentical? does anyone know what is it made from?
I want to start using the estardot patch instead of taking Activelle, does anybody know what the equivalent dose would be for the patch?
Thanks

Re: Activelle vs estradot

yes, estradot is bioidentical.

not sure about conversion strength from activelle.

i am not a dr, but i think 0.05mg estradot is a good starting strength....u can then usually tel if its enough depending on how you feel. But please check with your dr.

i started on 0.075, but went up to 0.1mg.

good luck

Re: Activelle vs estradot

Thank you so much for your reply.
Although I have completely lost faith in doctors I will check with one.
I'll give the patch a try,
Thanks again
