Week 3 post complete hysterectomy. Discomfort

I'm currently. 3 weeks out from my complete hysterectomy. It was all don't laproscopically despite them finding ovarian cancer and having to do 6 tiny incisions instead of one.
I'm doing much better than the first week. But am experiencing a lot of abdominal discomfort. Which isn't the kind of pain I deal well with.
I'm trying to decide if it's just my intestines trying to find a new home or if something is wrong.
Also, about 3 days ago I started having a little issue with incontenence. I was fine at first so I should probably talk to my GYN to make sure I don't have an infection.
So Im curious. Are these all normal aches and pains.
I'm not going to get a break from pain. I'm having two ports installed on Thursday and will be starting IVand IP chemo the next week.
Any advice about the hysterectomy or chemo would be great.
Oh there will be no hormone replacement for me. So far my only symptom is hot flashes that started about 3 days after surgery. No mood swings yet. I'm bi-polar and wondering if the lack of fluctuating hormones plus the addition of Prozac has saved me from those.

and

I'm glad you joined so you have a place to share with women who can relate. You'll be in good company as you heal.

There's helpful recovery information in the Post-Op Page, and you're welcome to use the Post-Op message board as the place to ask recovery questions that you have. For concerns that relate to your ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment, feel welcome to post instead on the Cancer Concerns forum.

I'm sending all best wishes for your recovery!
