Post op 6mo - Body wacky

Hi, my body has started going wacky. i have started to take estroven for the nite flashes. I have been going thru different changes headaches, neck pains, just crazy. How long is menopause last. I just want to feel normal again. I am very active and enjoy exercises, but have gained 10 lbs. Can someone share your thoughts? Thank you.

I'm 6 months six months in too and I am feeling nutty. I feel anxious and have bouts of energy and then I'm low. I'm happy and then I'm angry. I feel so not my self like I'm moving a hundred miles a minute. Besides that I have lost 10 lbs and feel pretty good all considering all else..just wish this crazy lady feeling would go away...lol

I am almost 2 years post op. It took me about 8 months before I started feeling like myself again! Hang in there!

A year post op and I get that all the time working out burn est faster. I get the happy mad and as it gets hotter I feel it more. You might need more est
