change in discharge

I've had light (panty liner) bleeding since surgery. (2 1/2 weeks ago) No biggie, totally normal, maybe 2 liners a day.
Starting yesterday, changed to a nearly clear liquid fluid (think plasma like). Still wearing panty liner, but changing about 4 times a day.
Still think I am 'normal'. No temp, no odor.
I am feeling pretty good, still taking it easy.
Anyone else experience this change?

Re: change in discharge

Yes, totally normal. Don`t be surprised if it changes again from clear to bright red as your stitches dissolve. I also had orange discharge for a while. I had a rainbow of colors parade through my drawers for the first 5 weeks.

Re: change in discharge

Is it unusual to not have anything at all? I am 4 weeks and 2 days post op and have had nothing even the first night in the hospital

I haven't had any discharge or spotting since my surgery either. Had a TLH 3-1/2 weeks ago

You are a very lucky lady! Consider a card to your surgeon at your post op visit.

It is not unusual to have no discharge or spotting. But don't be alarmed if you have sudden spotting as your stitches dissolve.
