need to change type of surgery on profile

Hysterectomy: May 31st, 2012

Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

need to change type of surgery on profile

I need to change the type of surgery I had. I was gonna have an abdominal hysterectomy and the Dr was able to do a lavh. All I see to change is the surgery date. Thanks.

Hi singer_chic,
Go into your user control panel and there will be a list to the left and you can change it under your member survey. Hope this helps
