Can't take tamoxifen! Taking stuff out

Hello,
Introducing myself. I was diagnosed with bc a year ago. I am only 38 and pre-menopaus. I tried to take tamoxifen and enjoyed it until I developed a rash. Went off of it and rechallenged it a week later. Rash developed again after 5 days. Now my team of 3 different drs. are recommending a Oompherectomy. I'm opting to have a hysterectomy with it since none of the women in my mother's family kept a uteris until 40. There are 5 women total and they all either developed fibroids or endo. My surgery is scheduled for July 3rd. Won't be taking any hrt, but I've been experiencing menopaus from chemo for a year now. I cycled twice, but now I seem to be back in hot flash mode. Glad to have found a place to ask questions.
