Hysterectomy:
cystocele and rectocele and prolapsed bladder again

I had a sling (cadaver) in 2007 that failed after 9 months. I had another in 2009 that was mesh. I am assuming it failed. I am now dealing with a systocele and rectocele and prolapsed bladder. How do I keep everything inside?
