8 days and counting.

Hello all. I have been battling ovarian cysts since I was 14. 6 times a year or so it gets bad enough that I have to see my doctor about pain. I have had five surgeries to remove hemmoraging cysts. Finally found a gynecologist willing to do a hysterectomy. My surgery is scheduled for June 21st. I'm nervous and scared but I know I am doing the right thing. I have 3 beautiful children and no plans to have more. My kids are 10, 7, and 6. So not babies really anymore. My husband supports my decision that is not only base on pain but a family history of an edometrial strain of ovarian cancer. My grandma had regular paps and exams an they still didn't catch this rare strain until her CA 125 was over 9000. So all in all I'm comfortable as I can be with the thought of finally having this done. I could use any help or advice anyone wants to share with me.
