Young & losing ovaries :(

Have any advice for someone young losing their ovaries ??? I'm going thru hell.... R ovarian transplants available yet does anyone know? I lost my uterus also. I'm broken & desperate

Is there another way the ovary could get a good enough supply of blood to function... I feel my security blanket was taken out....I've tried HRT for years.. Never the same ...
