Re: started estradol today....how soon for relief?

I noticed it helped a little when I first started it, and then it got better and better, by the day, week, and month. Hormone replacement doesn't work instantly, but gradually. Drink lot's of cold water, use a fan, AC, no caffeine, no spicy foods, and dress in cotton.

Hang in there

Re: started estradol today....how soon for relief?

It took a little while for me to feel relief and to sleep better. Seems like after that first month I started to shake off the hot flashes and the insomnia started to get a little better. I hope it starts working for you soon. Hot flashes in the summer time are terrible.
